Firstly, I cannot accept returns or issue refunds due to Poorwill goods' individual and distinctive craftsmanship. So please double-check your order before you finalize it. But don't worry, if you think you've made a mistake, let me know immediately, and I'll do my best to help you.

Also, I carefully inspect each piece before sending it out to you. I stand by my work with a lifetime warranty, encouraging and accepting repairs, alteration, and mending commissions. If you find any defects in your item, contact me with your name, contact information, photos, and a description of the problem at thepoorwillway@gmail.com, and I'll make sure to make it right.

Finally, all Poorwill goods are slow-made, so it may take some time to produce and ship them to you. But don't worry; all orders over $50 are eligible for free shipping via USPS domestic standard mail unless otherwise specified. And for international orders, be aware that you may experience some customs fees, but I'm not responsible for those charges. Check with your country's customs duty fee information for cost rates.
